MOMMAMIA CURRICULUM TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Company information

The MommaMia Curriculum is designed and operated by MommaMia (Pty) Ltd (“MommaMia”), a company registered in the Republic of South Africa under company registration number 2018/326411/07, which has its head office in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.

 

2. Terms and conditions apply

These Terms apply to your use of the MommaMia Curriculum. By enrolling in the MommaMia Curriculum, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. They represent our entire agreement with you and supersede all prior terms, conditions, or representations. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please refrain from using the MommaMia Curriculum.

 

3. Changes to Terms

We may periodically update or change the Terms without prior notice. You should review them regularly, as your continued use of the MommaMia Curriculum signifies your acceptance of any updated or revised Terms.

 

4. Applicable law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of your participation in the MommaMia Curriculum will be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa in accordance with its Expedited Rules and direction, which shall be binding on you and the school.

 

5. Terms of use

The MommaMia Curriculum grants the school, its teachers and staff (collectively, "Users") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program’s materials and resources for educational purposes only. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, variation, modification, or distribution of the curriculum content, assignments, personal information or other MommaMia Curriculum materials is strictly prohibited. You agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by the School using the MommaMia Curriculum and to maintain academic integrity. You hereby agree to indemnify us against any loss, damage, harm, claim or any other cost whatsoever that we may sustain because of your use of the MommaMia Curriculum and/or its contents contrary to these Terms.

 

6.  User responsibilities

The school is responsible for ensuring that all teachers are informed about and comply with these Terms. The school is also responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures to protect access to the MommaMia Curriculum.

Teachers and other school staff are responsible for using the MommaMia Curriculum in accordance with these Terms and for ensuring that students' use of the program is supervised and in compliance with school policies.

 

7. Prohibited uses

Users agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of any materials provided by the MommaMia Curriculum without prior written consent.
  • Use the MommaMia Curriculum for any commercial purposes.
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized users.
  • Engage in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with the operation of the MommaMia curriculum.

 

8.  Disclaimers

The use of the MommaMia Curriculum is at your own risk. We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the curriculum content or the uninterrupted availability of the MommaMia Curriculum. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the MommaMia Curriculum or any related activities.

 

9.  Curriculum accuracy

We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the MommaMia Curriculum content. However, we do not warrant that the content or information provided will always be accurate, complete, or current. Errors and omissions excepted.

 

10. Feedback and contributions

We value your feedback on the MommaMia Curriculum. By submitting any comments, ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable right to use, modify, and distribute your contributions without compensation. You warrant that your contributions do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

All rights, including copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights related to the MommaMia Curriculum content, are owned by or licensed to us. You may view, print, or store electronically a copy of any MommaMia Curriculum materials for your personal, educational use only. 16.  Termination

MommaMia reserves the right to terminate your participation in the MommaMia Curriculum immediately if you violate any of these Terms. Such termination may include the removal of access to MommaMia Curriculum materials and revocation of any certifications or credits earned.
